We want you to love your MZ Wallace purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
